RIGA MEETING: First of all I wish to inform you that on the www.clioh.net site there is now a map of Riga and a draft agenda for our meeting of next week. Ausma Cimdina is working on the lists of reservations and either she or we will soon let you know in which of the hotels indicated you will be staying. We will also send you and place on the site some logistical information on how to get from the airport to your hotel. Please do not worry, you will have the necessary information before your departure. Of course, if you have not yet informed Ausma about your arrival, please do so immediately, as it is now really the last minute -- and Ausma is running the IP and the Latvia National Meeting as well. So finalise your plans and inform her. BROCHURE: I am happy to say that the brochure on our activities containing the summaries in various languages is being printed and we will be able to bring some copies to Riga. Thanks to all those who helped. THE "BULST" QUESTIONNAIRE: we have received a good number, but some partners and even some countries are still missing.
