First of all: 1) Place where the meeting will be held : From Friday morning 9 am to lunch (included) : Cloitre des Pénitents 48 allée Daniel Lavallée (entrance) On 48-50 rue Saint Hilaire 76000, Rouen tel : 02 35 15 78 17 02 35 15 78 04 Fax : 02 35 15 78 20 Site www.arehn.asso.fr After lunch we'll go and have the meeting (and then a late drink reception at 6 pm ) at Maison de L'Université Université de Rouen Mont Saint Aignan (We'll take the bus TEOR (number T1) from Place St Hilaire to Mont Saint Aignan, a 20 minutes ride). Saturday all day we'll be at The Cloitre des Penitents. 2) Trains from Paris to Rouen leave from Gare Saint Lazare 3) the Sunday tour will be happening. We'll give everybody the details on Friday. 4) The Cloitre close on the evening at 7pm. After that, you need a code to get in. So, you'll have to tell me what time you are planing in arriving and if you'll need to receive by mail the code (they will then leave the key on your bedroom door). Anyway, if you don't arrive too late I'll be waiting for all the one who are arriving on Thursday night. 5) Delphine will come to the two hotels (Dieppe and Astrid) to pick up the ones staying there on the friday morning at 8h30 am and take the group to the Cloitre. They should be ready in the Lobby at 8h25am.
