MEETING IN MAY

To all CLIOH and CLIOHNET Coordinators

Dear Coordinators,

I have just received an e-mail message from Pascal Dupuy from the University of Rouen who is making arrangements and reservations for our meeting in May. We are very much looking forward to seeing everyone there.

As you remember, we will hold the meeting in Rouen on the 24th and 25th of May with arrival on the afternoon or evening of the 23th and departure on Sunday 26th of May. As usual, the meeting will begin in the morning of the 24th and will continue all day Friday and all day Saturday. You will receive a draft agenda as soon as possible. As always -- more than ever -- the meeting will be interesting and important, since there are many new developments, work to be done and decisions to be made.

I ask you to please send me as soon as you can:

1. confirmation that you will be coming, or, if this is really impossible, with the name of your deputy;

2. arrival and departure dates;

3. If you need a double room or further rooms for accompanying persons, please indicate your requirements (of course the expenses for persons beside the CLIOH Coordinators or deputies cannot be paid on CLIOH or CLIOHNET funds).

Furthermore, on Sunday morning Pascal will arrange a tour of Rouen: however we must know how many are interested. So please let me know if you want to come on the tour.

We must -- this is imperative -- have this information by the 7th of May. Then, around the 10th of May I will forward from Delphine Coat and Pascal Dupuy a list of all the hotels where you are staying, along with a map and train tables. We will also put the logistic information on the CLIOHNET site.
