Riga Intensive Programme

In May 2003 a Socrates Intensive Programme will be held in Riga (13-22 May 2003; arrival on 12 May; departure on 23 May). The Programme is entitled "Religion and Political Change in Europe: Past and Present" and is coordinated by Prof. Ausma Cimdina of the University of Latvia. CLIOH & CLIOHnet partners are invited to spread information about the IP in their Universities and to gather applications from interested students. The Intensive Programme deals, in an ample chronological and geographical framework, with the interactions between political change, religion and forms of devotion.
